Roché staff have gained further certifications to comply with the latest Health & Safety legislation and industry regulations. This means that our overall service and customer satisfaction levels continue to improve year on year.
Recently renewed certifications include CHAS, Achilles, Constructionline, ISO 9001:2015 quality management, SMAS and Level 2 NVQ’s for our engineers. Our office team have also gained full training on our range of products and will continue to deliver a high standard of service for both domestic and commercial customers.

OUR HISTORY
Roché started out as a small family business back in 1985. We have now grown into a well known and respected provider of physical security solutions. Our knowledgeable office team are always on hand to provide sound advice regarding our entire range of security products, and acting as a point of contact throughout your journey.
All of our engineers undertake regular training for all aspects of roller shutter servicing and installation, meaning that they stay up to date with the latest legislation and provide a consistently high service.
ACCREDITATION’S EXPLAINED
ISO 9001 : 2015
Roché were awarded the latest quality accreditation for conforming to the regulations and helping to enhance the customer experience. A number of new policies were put in place to help us achieve the accreditation and improvements were made in how we deal with non-conformance issues.
CHAS
This certification involved a review of our current health and safety records to help reassure clients of our commitment to safeguarding their reputation.
SMAS
An industry recognised accreditation and approach to Health and Safety Certification which assessed our current health and safety systems.
Achilles
An accreditation and risk management scheme which helps to streamline our procurement process and manage risk.
Construction Line
An accreditation which demonstrates how we adhere to the required safety standards, and giving clients peace of mind that they are working with a company that looks after the welfare of its workforce.
CSCS
Our CSCS cards provide proof that all Roché engineers have the appropriate training and qualifications to carry out installations and repairs while working on construction sites. This ensures that our workforce are appropriately qualified with the cards playing their part in improving standards and safety on UK construction sites.
PASMA
This qualification demonstrates that our engineers have the vital knowledge required for working at height, including the use of mobile access towers or other forms of access equipment.
Asbestos Awareness
Our asbestos awareness training acts as more than just a legal requirement. It is an essential workplace tool which helps us to keeps our workforce and clients safe.
