Roché manages your project every step of the way, from concept to installation. All our servicing packages are priced based on your unique requirements, taking in to account the quantity of roller shutters, the dimensions, their current condition and the length of time since they have been installed. Our team will then suggest the best package to suit your requirements.

Different roller shutters will need to be serviced different points in their lifetime. For our domestic shutters, we suggest servicing every 12 months to deal with any general wear and tear, especially with electric shutters where it is a legal requirement.

Our service engineers take a record of all service and repair work carried out during your visit, and will work with you to overcome any issues that you might have. They will then find a suitable solution, signing your service record as evidence to show your insurance company that your roller shutters are serviced regularly.

Both – we install security shutters, grilles and entrance gates at domestic and commercial addresses across the UK. Roché conduct site audits at your convenience and will never employ high pressure sales techniques. In addition to design, manufacture, supply and installation, we are able to conduct site surveys and security audits, as well as after sales servicing and repair and insurance work.

All products are custom-made from accurate measurements taken by our surveyors. Most customers ask Roché’s skilled engineers to handle installation, although a supply-only service is also available. Polite and well presented, the high level of recommendation work we undertake is testimony to their commitment. 

Our wide range includes shutters and grilles for everything from low to very high security applications. From residential window shutters acting as a deterrent in a relatively safe area to government buildings requiring LPS 1175 approved protection, we have it all. Working closely with the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) and Secured by Design, we have gained numerous security product approvals and associated accreditations. The LPCB (which is part of BRE Global) work with insurers, government, police, designers, manufacturers, contractors and end users to develop methods by which product performance and reliability can be assessed. All of our LPCB-approved products have been subjected to rigorous testing to assess their resistance to deliberate attack.

Security shutters and grilles are available from less than 1m² to 75m²+, dependent on product specification and application. Width spans of up to 8m with shutters and 10m with grilles can be achieved as standard, although Roché can design a bespoke solution for any scenario.

All roller garage doors are made to measure and manufactured to suit exact opening sizes. As a rule of thumb, single doors range from 2m to 2.4m in width and and double doors are 4.2m to 4.6m. Typical opening heights are 2m to 2.4m. If larger doors are required, we can achieve a width span of 5m utilising the standard garage door profile. A heavy duty extruded profile can span up to 6m in width.
